When you book a session or request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your brokerage or company, the property address, and any access notes you write for us.

Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe. They never reach our servers and we never see or store them.

If analytics are enabled we collect anonymous usage data such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. We do not build advertising profiles.

To schedule and deliver the media you booked, to send your receipt and gallery link, and to contact you about the session.

Property addresses are used for travel planning and shot planning and are not published or shared.

Stripe, to process payment. Our database host, to store your order. Formspree, to receive quote requests. An email provider, to send you your files.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Order records are kept for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete anything not legally required at any time.

Under the CCPA you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 45 days.

We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

The site sets no advertising cookies. If a cookie based analytics provider is enabled later, this section will be updated and a consent banner added.
