Terms and Conditions

A booking is confirmed when the deposit is paid. The deposit is 20% of the quoted total and is applied against the final invoice.

The balance is invoiced on delivery and is due within 14 days.

Reschedule or cancel at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. The deposit is returned in full.

Inside 48 hours the deposit is retained, because the date is already held and travel is usually booked.

If weather prevents exterior work we reschedule the exterior portion at no charge.

You are responsible for arranging access and for the property being ready when we arrive. Light tidying is included, but staging, cleaning, and moving furniture are not.

If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a call out fee may apply.

On payment in full you receive a perpetual, non exclusive license to use the media to market the property, including on the MLS, listing portals, social media, and in print.

Blueprint 360 Media retains copyright and the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing. Tell us before the session if a property is confidential and we will exclude it.

The license is for the listing. It does not transfer to third parties such as builders, stagers, or other agents without written permission.

Photography, aerial, and twilight are delivered within 24 hours of the session. Video, 3D tours, and floor plans are delivered within 72 hours. Rush options are on each rate card.

Files are hosted for 90 days. Download and back up your files before then.

Tell us within 7 days if something is wrong with a delivered file and we will correct it at no charge.

Reshoots caused by a change in the property or a change of mind are quoted as a new session.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, access problems, or events outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in Orange County, California.
